In a bid to make it easier for enterprises adopting SugarCRM to get the support they need, Levementum, a provider of open source enterprise software solutions and consulting, has announced a new support program for SugarCRM that provides customers with technical support and help desk functionality they need in one central location.

The new SLA (Service Level Agreement) governed - SugarCRM Support Program includes a one-stop place for technical support, help desk, system administration, platform administration, and system configuration as well as support for other vendors' products. Offering even more efficiency in the data center, the solution also keeps track of service agreements, warranties, escalation procedures and other service level commitments.

"SugarCRM Managed Services from Levementum transforms the increasingly complicated and time-consuming task of supporting your CRM assets into a single phone call or a single click," said Geoffrey Mobisson, Managing Director, Technical Services.

Three separate solutions, offered on a consumption basis, are included as part of the new solution. These include Levementum FSP – (Functional Support Program) which features Help Desk, System Monitoring and Job Scheduling functions; Levementum ASP – (Administrative Support Program) with User Management, Security Management, OS/Software Component Management, Infrastructure Management, and Field Studio Configuration features; or the Levementum SSP – (Strategic Support Program) with Technical Services (Migrations, Hosting, DR), System Audits, Development and Training.

"We are an experienced Gold partner that has managed dozens of deployments and hosted environments worldwide. With local offices on both coasts of the US, Levementum is uniquely qualified to help CIOs dramatically change the way they deploy, manage and support their SugarCRM investment," said Mobisson.

Back in November, when Bright House Networks and Broadcore chose to implement the Sugar Enterprise offering on-site, Levementum was chosen to implement Sugar Enterprise at BHN, developing back-end integrations with departmental systems via SOA-driven integrations, mashups and dozens of custom modules for various departments.
